I never debated he paid a "total" of 5 hours labor on that receipt "If my initials are on it, it may be my secretaries?" This is laughable. I was making the point that not everything on the receipt is set in stone. I am also 110% positive I would not have tried to charge 5x the labor rate so I was first questioning if I was the actual sales person and Dustin confirmed I was. Just like the "Fedex Shipping". It is very obvious that the parts were not shipped but it sates on the receipt that they were. So saying he was specifically charged 5 hours for the Cat Pipe install and the Cat Pipe install ONLY is not stated on the receipt. For Kyle to say that it was his secretary, It was @ SGP, not IPP so it doesnt matter is just plain B.S. Go reread my posts. The secretary comment was about checks and had nothing to do with the receipt. It was just an example. Now that Dustin says he worked with me I do not deny that I was the sales person. The only thing I deny is I would have charged him 5x the labor rate for just installing the Cat Pipes. Damn, that is just crazy. Glad you got it resolved. Dont go to either one of those companies in the future. SGP is not trustworthy nor is Kyle. If I remember correct you were not the customer in the situation you are talking about. I also remember that particular customer was taken care of by receiving another set of heads and getting his shipping credited back. Correct me if I am wrong? Also please find me one customer who is unsatisfied with my Customer service in the year and a half I have been running IPP.
